I love helping people understand concepts, and I've been told that I explain subjects very well. I try to approach the subjects from multiple angles to ensure complete understanding. I have tutored students as young as 5 years old and as old as 45 years old in math, test prep (ACT and GED), and reading/grammar. I worked in a first-grade classroom for 2 years as a mentor and tutor with an Americorps program. I scored a 29 on the ACT and was an AP Scholar (3 AP tests with a score of 3 or higher); my GRE score was 1220.
