Informally, by virtue of my coursework, I am a computational biologist. I have training in the biological sciences as well as math and computer programming. I also have studied as a pre-medical student at the University of Houston with over 600 clinical hours at Texas Children's Hospital and St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. I also just completed a highly competitive research internship in the emergency medicine department at Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. I have advanced coursework in biology, virology, physiology, patho-physiology, statistics, chemistry and biochemistry.
